Why does the compressor generate overheat protection?

A. Why does the compressor produce overload protection?        Overload protector working principle and classification of the compressor for air conditioning overload protector is generally a sudden jump bimetal protector, by heating wire, bimetal and two static contact circuit, connected in series in the compressor circuit. When the current in the circuit is too high, the heating wire hot, baking disc-shaped bimetal, when the bimetal heats up will arch in the opposite direction, so that the contact is disconnected; when the compressor shell or motor temperature is too high, even if the working current is normal, the heating wire generates very little heat. Bimetal will also be deformed upward bending, from the two static contacts, the circuit will be cut off. This protector can automatically reset, with over-current, over-temperature double protection.  Second, the working principle of the overload protector and classification   1, the working principle of the overload protector   a, the general refrigeration system used in the refrigeration compressor overload protector are used to jump bimetal protector.   b, this protector is mainly composed of heating wire, bimetal and two static contacts of a complete circuit, and then connected in series to the circuit where the refrigeration compressor.   c. The working principle is that when the current inside the system circuit increases for no reason, the heating wire will generate a lot of heat. When the bimetal is baked under the heat of the heating wire, it will become reverse arched, so as to achieve the purpose of disconnecting from the electric shock and cutting off the whole circuit.   d, even if the current in the circuit is very small, but the refrigeration compressor casing or motor temperature is too high, it will produce the same phenomenon. Thus effectively protect the safe operation of the refrigeration compressor. More convenient is that this protection can be automatically reset, so the use of the process is very convenient.   2, the classification of overload protector         In general, the overload protector is classified according to the different ways of installation, mainly divided into two types of external and built-in overload protector.   a、Introduction of external overload protector          external overload protector is generally installed in the refrigeration compressor shell on the sealed terminals, to keep close to the upper cover, so as to ensure sensitive perception of temperature abnormalities on the refrigeration compressor shell.   Because there is a process of conduction and convection from the heat transfer from the motor to the refrigeration compressor casing, there is still a process from the casing heating up to being sensed by the overload protector, so the accuracy and reliability of this method is not particularly good. Therefore, external overload protectors are used in large numbers because they are simpler and cheaper to manufacture.   At the same time, the external overload protector has obvious advantages such as easy installation and maintenance, so it is used more in some small power electrical aspects.   b、Integrated overload protector related introduction   Built-in overload protector is subdivided into two types of tied and plugged: tied overload protector as the name implies is tied to the motor coil, so as to play a direct induction coil temperature changes, the advantage of this protector is very sensitive and accurate response.   Plug-in overload protector is the installation of the protector is directly plugged into the sealed terminals, the main principle is to sense the temperature of the motor through the heat conduction of the refrigerant is normal. This protector has certain limitations, that is, in the case of no leakage of refrigerant is very sensitive, but if there is leakage of refrigerant, this protector is also virtually useless.   Therefore, in general: external overload protector in the use of the effect is relatively less sensitive, accurate, and much less reliable than the built-in, but its cost is relatively much lower, so there is a certain market space. However, compared with the built-in type, the scope of adaptation is still much smaller. But the cost of the built-in overload protector is several times higher than the external type. Therefore, friends can make the corresponding choice according to their own conditions and requirements.
